HIGH ENERGY KEYNOTE SPEAKER AND PUBLISHED AUTHOR

Founder and CEO of Write On Girl, LLC and the "I AM Kathie J" brand, Kathie R. Johnson is a published author and motivational speaker.

Kathie is the author of three influential works: "The First Storm" (fiction), “ForgiveMe4MySins” (fiction) and "Overcomer: A Medical Miracle" (nonfiction).  Kathie has also published short stories, "A Box of Chocolates" and "The Day In the Life of an Angel",  for The Panhandle Reader, and customer service articles for the banking publication TellerVision.  

As an undergraduate, Kathie earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts/Public Relations from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida.  She also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  

Kathie began speaking in public at the age of five. "It started with Easter and Christmas speeches in church, followed by readings of the announcements." Kathie has spent over two decades in the banking industry. She advanced as a Teller, Personal Banker, Loan Officer, and Branch Manager by leveraging her excitement for aiding consumers financially. Her academic background prepared her for coaching/development, leadership, public speaking, marketing, and community involvement.

In her leisure time, Kathie enjoys quality time with family and friends, traveling, exercising, playing the piano, swimming, volunteering, reading, and writing. 

Kathie is also an actress. She has appeared in the Fort Walton Beach Stage Crafter’s performance, Never Too Late.
